    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Min Xu has served as the Chief Financial Officer of LCI Group since April 2023. Most recently, Mr. Xu served as the Chief Financial Officer of China Online Education Group (NYSE:COE), a leading online K-12 English education platform, since May 2018. From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Xu served as the chief financial officer of ACM Research Inc. (NASDAQ:ACMR), a global semiconductor equipment manufacturer. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Xu served as the Chief Financial Officer of UTStarcom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:UTSI), a global telecom infrastructure provider. Prior to that, Mr. Xu was an equity research analyst at various investment banks including Roth Capital Partners, LLC., Wedbush Securities, Jefferies & Co., Piper Jaffray & Co., and Stanford Group Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Xu worked as a technical marketing engineer as well as a senior software engineer with Cisco Systems, Inc. From 2015 to 2016, Mr. Xu served as an independent director of Sky-mobi Limited (NASDAQ:MOBI), a leading mobile application platform and game publisher in China. Mr. Xu received an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science degree in physics from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Peking University.

    Alyona is a specialist in international higher education student recruitment, having led the growth of EMEA region in different groups for 15+ years. Recently, she has entered the education sector to make further advancements in the industry while building substantial, long-withstanding relationships with partnered universities in the UK. Her vision has always been to expand underdeveloped, uncharted markets, either as a solo contributor or by directing a team. Presently, she is managing a talented team as the sales director of LCI Group- a leading SaaS based EdTech company headquartered in Australia, partnered with 1300+ global universities across USA, UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

    Vanessa Cheng

    Vanessa was graduated a bachelor degree from The University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. She had granted Qualified Education Agent Counsellor from Professional International Education Resources (PIER) in Australia and completed ENZ e-learning - Record of Achievement from New Zealand Education. She had over 24 years experience in student recruitment industry and participated some of overseas education fairs.
